Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please contact us through firstname.lastname@example.org / Facebook Messenger.
I've received a faulty / damaged / missing item, what should I do?
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us through email@example.com with the following information:
• The order number
• The faulty / damaged / missing item's name and number
• A description of the fault
Please note: if your item has become faulty outside of our 14-day returns timeframe, you won’t be able to create a return.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information. Upon confirmation of payment, it will take 5 business days to process the order, subject to stock availability. Under normal circumstances, the order will arrive at the delivery address in 5 business days after dispatch. For remote areas, it might take 8-10 business days.
